UPA hostility stalled coastal project: Modi

Describing the roll-on-roll-off (ro-ro) ferry service in the Gulf of Cambay as a unique model for other states, the PM said that he had to struggle hard for the completion of project because of ‘hostilities’ of the previous (UPA) govt at the Centre that had ‘prohibited’ development in the coastal.
